CTG is currently building up our ServiceNow Solutions Team and we have a variety of opportunities! We are currently seeking ServiceNow System Administrators! Locations is Nationwide!

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Perform day to day administration of specified ServiceNow solution/module

  • Interact with stakeholders to understand high level goals and requirements

  • Create, update and retire entries in the Service Catalog, integrations, assessments and/or library entries as required

  • Create and update workflows and related features

  • Provide ServiceNow configuration assistance

  • Maintain the integrity of the ServiceNow solution across production and non-production environments

  • Assisting in troubleshooting patch / release management issues

Minimum Skills:

  • Completion of the “New to ServiceNow” / “ServiceNow Basics” online course

  • Knowledge /awareness of the ServiceNow CMDB implemented in their organization

Recommended Skills:

  • 2+ years’ experience in ServiceNow as a System Administrator or similar responsibility

  • ServiceNow Certified ServiceNow Administrator (ServiceNow Fundamentals Course)

  • Relevant IT architecture experience

  • Understanding and experience with agile software development methodologies (e.g. Scrum)

Preferred Skills:

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist

  • Completion of specialized ServiceNow Security Fundamentals course

  • Web Services integration experience

  • Expertise implementing, configuring and customizing ServiceNow preferred

  • ITIL v3 Certification

  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification
