Job Description Responsible for managing highly complex contracts for multiple customers with revenue typically ranging from $10-$12M.

May manages budgets for multiple centers.

Has business development responsibilities.

Develops programs to support company initiatives.

Provides expertise to customers to ensure resolution of issues.

Requires advanced knowledge and understanding of work project(s) and functions.

Maintains relationship with internal and external customers.

Typically manages a team of 30 or more employees, including managers.

Typically reports to a Program Director.
