Job Description Summary

The Combustion & Structural Components Strategy Execution Leader will lead the projects/process improvements to execute the strategic vision of the Combustors and Structures Part Family organization. You will partner across organizations within and outside of Supply Chain to refine strategic imperatives and recommend best practices to improve strategic vision.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Utilize business awareness and technical expertise to influence the development of strategy within own area

  • Regularly advises management in the function and/or in the business

  • Utilize high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems that impact the function

  • Assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders

  • Offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters

  • Stay informed of industry trends that may influence work

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field from an accredited college or university

  • 5 years of experience in driving manufacturing process improvement

Desired Characteristics

  • Hands-on experience with implementing change projects

  • An instinct for impact and a taste for stretched targets

  • Well-developed analytical skills

  • Strong communicative skills and ability to operate at multiple organizational levels

  • Solid business acumen with substantial leadership experience
