We are looking for a AI Data Strategy/Solutions Leader to work with our expert Commercial Excellence team of 7 employees across the world to develop leading AI models to drive commercial success. Do you have a passion for data & driving business outcomes? Then we would love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

  • Focus on design solution & automation leveraging Salesforce technology to introduce the AI technology within our customer journey & overall commercial processes

  • Partner with global project leaders to design & implement AI models supporting the growth & profitability of Cytiva across product lines leveraging structured and unstructured data sets. Participate in the design phase with cross-functional business leadership

  • Integrate new developments & enhancements within our governance process, translate business requirements into well architected solutions and follow through to implementation partnering with our IT department

  • Own & drive the expansion of pilot AI models across product lines globally following the Agile methodology

  • Drive training & adoption across the AI models ensuring our global workforce leverages the full potential of the new technology

  • Work closely with the end-users to receive feedback and improve current models. Monitor KPIs

  • Serve as a Change Agent helping to drive the overall organization towards becoming much more “Customer Centric”. Establish a “Culture of Excellence” and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Who you are

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a computer science/data science or related analytics discipline role. Exposure to working directly with end-users or a commercial organization is an advantage. Experience in global, multifunctional matrix ways of working

  • Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility in communication style, familiarity with diverse cultural approaches. Strong intercultural awareness

  • Experience developing AI strategy/roadmap. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

  • Problem solving mindset. Comfortable to work with uncertainty, experiment new methods, creative thinking

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret internal customer business needs and organizational gaps & opportunities and translate them into application and operational requirements. Strong business acumen and knowledge of commercial processes

  • Solid experience regarding Ai, CRM and BI tools, such as SFDC, Tableau/Einstein and Qlik. Proven track record of delivery in the AI space.

  • Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously, strong matrix & teamworking skills in a cross-functional and multi-cultural environment

  • Continuous innovation, process improvement, and adaptability skills

  • Proven change management skills and demonstrated leadership of cross-functional initiatives

  • Proficient in Excel, MS Access, Oracle, SFDC and business intelligence (BI) applications (e.g. Einstein, Qlik).

  • Business travel required (up to max 25%)
