Hologic Asset360 Business Administrator in Marlborough, Massachusetts
The transformation of Hologic Service delivery through the implementation of ServiceMax Asset360 (A360) requires the Service Operations organization to expand to include this role to coordinate from a business requirement perspective during implementation and system administration of the program on an on-going basis.
The Asset360 Business Administrator is responsible for providing operational support for Hologic’s Global Services A360 solutions. By partnering with business leaders, IT team members and consultants, they will deliver solid, timely, and if necessary creative designs to solve complex business scenarios with the application. They will design, configure, implement, and support ServiceMax A360 application.
Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:
Responsible for the technical underpinnings of A360; creating and maintaining custom objects and fields that improve H1 user experience and enhance the service delivery workflow.
Ensure the best practice use of A360 where possible to solve system process issues that are in scope for A360.
Coordinate the successful implementation of A360 initiatives by reviewing business requirements, completing architecture solution designs, configuring and coding solutions, and supporting production implementations.
Partner with functional groups and development teams (3rd Party Consultants and Salesforce and ServiceMax Administrators as provided by contract) to deliver against product and service goals and business requirements.
Support and perform A360 administration and governance tasks (user administration, configuration and code migrations across the landscape).
Proactively identify opportunities to improve user satisfaction.
Research reported system issues and provide recommendations for replacing or improving ineffective processes, and make suggestions for new ones.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
2 Years minimum ServiceMax configuration, implementing, reporting, testing, and training experience.
2 years minimum in Salesforce CRM; case and workorder objects, as well as end-to-end process workflow for Quote to Delivery.
Experience integrating ServiceMax and Salesforce with external systems (desired).
Ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks across various user groups; and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel (20% expectation)
