The Summer Internship Experience: Make a Difference

In addition to a project that will provide maximum experience and exposure in your desired field the Hologic College Relations team provides opportunities to learn more about the company, network with leadership, and develop the skills needed to succeed in a global organization.

The Hologic Master Data Management team is responsible for the Data Stewardship and Optimization of multiple Data Domains including Customer data, Customer Relationship data, Install Base data and Product Data, across Hologic transactional, reporting and analytic systems. The Master Data Management Intern will participate in data optimization of Install Base, Customer and Customer Relationship data, as directed by the manager of Master Data Management.

We're looking for bright, inquisitive problem solvers who strive to make a difference. In order to be considered for this internship you must:

• Be enrolled as a Rising Junior or Rising Senior

• Majoring in: Economics, Manufacturing Operations, Business Administration

• Have a 3.2/4.0 GPA

• Ability to understand complex data models and business processes related to master data domains such as Customers, Customer Relationships, Installed Base Assets, Items, Service Cases and Service Work Orders

• Results focused – ability to complete complex tasks on time with high quality results

• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation and detail orientation

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Capability in scripting languages, such as R, is a plus but not a requirement
