What you’ll do
The IT Security organization bears the broad responsibilities of delivering information security, practice governance & assurance, and data loss prevention throughout the TJX enterprise. Our worldwide team applies expertise and deep business understanding to ensure confidence for all company associates, investors, and customers.
As aSecurity Product Owner, you will facilitate strategy and solutions for our Privileged Access Security (PAS) Product Team. You will manage CyberArk and will lead the team toward achieving the vision and objectives as aligned with our customers’ expectations and business value. You will set direction for the team to increase productivity and ensure that your team implements the desired value-aligned security enhancements. You will work closely with our stakeholders and serve as the voice of the customer to deliver all vital work efforts.
What you’ll need
Come join us! We seek creative, security-minded professionals to provide hands-on talent and social expertise in protecting TJX and its assets. You'll work with engineers, business programs, and other security professionals to adapt and improve our security posture in applications, infrastructure, and cloud modernization efforts.
Successful candidates will have:
8+ yrs experience in an Agile Product Management, strategy, or Product Owner role
5+ yrs experience in privileged access management technology, such as CyberArk, Thycotic, etc.
5+ yrs experience with privileged access management, governance, processes, solutions, SOX and key security controls
Relevant undergraduate BA, BS degree in IT or Business or equivalent experience.
Preferred/Nice to have:
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and ITIL knowledge/certification preferred
Strong knowledge in Identity and Access Management technologies.
Solid grasp of identity management, authentication, authorization, certification/governance, monitoring, least privilege along with experience in security best practices.
Demonstrated experience with DevOps methodologies
Experience with regulatory and SOX controls
