What you’ll do

Responsible for delivery the Digital Factories transformation across our global Biopharma manufacturing sites, including MES implementations, IOT capabilities and overall digital thread capabilities through, ensuring delivery approach is optimized, and delivers standard work outcomes across sites. Partners with functional stakeholders to ensure business wide transformation aligned with this digital transformation and risk / issue factors are appropriately escalated and resolved. Build out overall program structure and define governance model Define program roadmap, and delivery approach by developing an optimized approach Manage overall program RAID with effective operating mechanisms to resolve / mitigate and communicate through executive leadership Accountable for overall program delivery to quality, scope, time and budget KPIs Support project managers to align project tracks, optimizing utilization of delivery team capacity, technical environments and business readiness for transformation Escalation point for managing external vendors as required Ensure pre-defined project management processes and practices are followed. Drive simplification and improvement as necessary Support execution teams with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies. Partner with technical and functional teams external to the project to ensure their tasks are completed as required Manage program risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the program Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting Ensure quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations Track project outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service level. Who you are Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or Engineering A minimum of 12 years of professional experience Experience in leading global MES programs, managing functional and technical design phases through to factory acceptance testing and implementation Understanding of connected factory and OEE Experience with Rockwell, PAS-X or other MES solutions Experience managing projects with the supply chain and manufacturing functions PMP, ScrumMaster or related Project Management certifications Proficiency with Aha!, JIRA, Microsoft Project Plan, Teams Strong team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources Deep experience of leading global teams, with wide virtual component Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer, builds strong customer relationships, creates processes with customer viewpoint and partners with customers to help shape their future initiatives Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve, creates actionable strategies and operational plans Experience communicating to C-suite leaders with the ability to flex communication style from C-level down through the technical delivery team as appropriate. Strong change agent – actively generates process improvements, champions and drives change initiatives, confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways, balances multiple and competing priorities and executes accordingly Ability to travel 10-25% of the time
