Bright Horizons Senior Director, Enterprise Client Partnerships in Massachusetts, Massachusetts
Effectively manage ongoing relationships with named strategic Enterprise clients (regionally, nationally, and globally). Focus of this position will be to enhance and build upon existing relationships resulting in client retention and sale of add-on business and to lead streamlined, effective internal teams to support clients. Potentially directly manage other Directors or support team colleagues.
Ensure the optimum development of named, strategic Enterprise accounts in your portfolio to support the company’s retention and growth objectives.
Strive to maximize existing services to their full value and search for opportunities to augment portfolio with new services or add on services.
Manage portfolio accounts and strategic partnerships to ensure oversight and coordination of all services provided by BH.
Manage the renewal and negotiations of client contracts to optimize company’s financial return and contract terms on a timely basis.
Maintain oversight and delivery of all services, understand and report up to date financial standing of services.
Proactively and responsively develop strong partnerships with employer sponsors to maximize client retention and loyalty and to ensure compelling client testimonials and endorsements
Drive strategic marketing initiatives to integrate BH services with client’s goals to maximize both Client investment and BH return on services.
Coordinate and deliver Client monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews. Provide same review information internally
Consistent, accurate, and timely Salesforce usage
Support operations in the development of new programs for clients, including budget development, developing presentations, contract negotiations and general support
Serve as a senior representative of Client Relations team and extend responsibilities to serve on committees, handle special projects and represent BH at various functions, conferences, events, etc.
Prepare annual Marketing plan and Account Management plan for each client in Portfolio
Meet or exceed quota
DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY:
Exercise Autonomy on providing expertise to internal and external clients on strategic direction for existing client business structure, requests for proposals and opportunities for business growth or risk across all BH services. The ability to anticipate and solve complex business problems is essential.
RECOMMENDED EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS:
Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of related business experience that includes managing a budget, strong analytical skills, organizational skills, follow thru skills, decision making skills, basic management skills, experience interacting with Executive levels inside and outside Bright Horizons. Ability to travel minimum 30%. Proven sales/account management experience preferred.
