Job Description:

We are excited to add a new member on our team! As a Clinical Informaticist you will provides on-site user support to all levels of direct patient care providers for the proper, effective and efficient use of clinical applications and devices. You will be responsible for mentoring and developing user expertise in the use of clinical applications. Additionally, you will be collaborating across teams to plan, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of systems and services. You will leverage your own clinical knowledge in diagnosing problems and coordinating the appropriate additional resources to determine and deliver resolution to our client while providing leadership on application utilization ensuring quality patient care outcomes.

Basic Qualifications

  • Clinical degree

  • Background in healthcare, sciences, or information systems; with emphasis in information systems, or related field (e.g. statistics, mathematics, physics).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with database tools, application development, and health information standards preferred


  • Must be live in or willing to relocate to the Lowell/Tyngsboro, MA area.
