The desired candidate will work with our data scientists and machine learning engineers to enable our stakeholders with data-driven insights that support our quota planning, integrated operating plan, compensation, and business transformation efforts. The ideal candidate will work to build trust and drive adoption, while also acting as a connection point between the greater Decision Sciences team and the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a technical program manager for strategic transformational initiatives, including integrated quota management

  • Own and foster stakeholder relationships; serve as the primary point of contact for key initiatives

  • Work to ensure sales operations and our field users have the support needed to most effectively use our data science products

  • Utilize your data science & advanced analytics experience to resolve stakeholder escalations

  • Clearly understand customer business requirements and communicate your findings with the data science product team

  • Organize and gather business requirements for on-going and forthcoming data science projects and deliverables

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain critical KPIs tied to project milestones and success factors

Essential Requirements

  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders and users

  • Self-learner who is driven to learn new methods and techniques to fulfill business needs

  • Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities

  • Experience in applying creative, out-of-the-box solutions to complex problems

  • Creative thinker who is success-driven both individually and as a team leader/mentor

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – ability to explain complex topics in easy-to-understand ways

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks

  • Experience with data mining and predictive modeling techniques (should be comfortable explaining to non-technical team members)

  • Experience working in an Agile environment

  • 3+ year(s) of experience (preferred) in working with advanced analytics in a Corporate setting

  • Bachelors or Masters (preferred) in Business Analytics or related field (MBA with Analytics Concentration also works great!)

  • Database query skills a must (PostgreSQL)

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience in R and/or Python

  • Working knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, and/or other data visualization applications
