Support HR Robotic Process Automation Center with project Design, Plans, Tests and implementation. Provides expertise in HR systems and processes with the capability of being able to recommend an automated solution through RPA to our customers to best improve business processes. Keeps up-to-date with industry trends and new methods in information systems and HR as well as business processes.
Responsibilities: The successful candidate with have the ability to manage the relationship with the end user customer of the automation (requestor/BU owner). Provides a consultative partnership between the business requestor and the RPA development team. Works with business partners and subject matter experts to analyze processes, identify automation opportunities, define RPA value proposition, reengineer process to improve automation potential and recommend RPA approach/strategy
Will require knowledge of RPA and Automations to ideate opportunities with their business partners in order to facilitate change in the organization.
Strong program/process management background
Heavy analytical mindset with ability to view processes as a whole to ask the “right” questions
