What You?ll Do: Work with HRIS Manager, Workday consultants, HR and Leadership to fully implement and embed Workday into the Ocean Spray culture Triage, diagnose, and assign/resolve issues originating from end-users, business process events, etc. Assist with the design, configuration, testing and deployment of new functionality, security design and reporting / analytics Create and maintain end-user and training documentation; and participate in training activities for members of the Talent department and end-users. Maintain proper change management documentation to satisfy the company?s internal/external audit controls and compliance practices. Handle sensitive data with care and only when necessary; ensuring all necessary security measures are taken. Prepare for and support upgrades and annual HCM processes (performance, compensation, learning, absence management, etc.) Participate actively in the Workday Community, propose and advocate for improvements to the Workday solution, and build a network of peers to best-practice-share with Proactively monitor new features released by Workday and partner with HR COEs to determine implementation strategies What We?re Looking For: 4+ years of Workday system experience Great verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mentality Team player Ocean Spray?s HRIS team is looking for a Senior Workday Analyst! The Team is responsible for the configuration and maintenance of the Workday HR System supporting employees, as well as, other downstream systems and processes. The senior analyst will work with a talented team experienced in Workday and innovative in the approaches to deliver solutions. Are you a ?jack-of-all-trades? when it comes to Workday? Have you led or been part of a Workday implementation? Ocean Spray is looking for a Workday guru who will focus on addressing incoming requests, user experience, perform analysis, testing, and support the maintenance of Workday HCM. You may find yourself at one moment assisting a fellow team member on a position-management issue and then next providing ad hoc support for a variety of Workday troubleshooting needs.
