Waters Senior Director, Leadership and Culture in Milford, Massachusetts
The Senior Director of Leadership and Culture for Waters will lead global executive development, management capability building, and culture monitoring and cultivation processes for the enterprise. Responsibilities include
Building the internal executive pipeline through structured process and with personal engagement on assessment and development of that pipeline
Developing the people management skills of both new and experienced managers to drive high performance and highly engaged teams
Developing strategies to monitor and address gaps in the culture/health of the organization
Driving an effective performance management process – from goal setting, to on-going feedback, to assessment
Reporting to the CHRO, this role leads a small global team of development and culture specialists to develop and drive execution of global core process and content – through a combination global vendor contracts and leveraging a matrixed HR support organization.

Consolidated profiles and development plans for Sr Dir+ talent
Synthesis of leadership strength vs. demands and action plans to close the gaps
Succession plans and process for Critical positions L3+
Management & Professional Training
Effective, efficient global core management curriculum, with scalable delivery mechanisms
Scalable professional skills development content and delivery method (e.g., presentation skills, time management, software proficiency)
Effective and compliance goal setting, feedback, and assessment process that drives appropriate performance assessment distributions
Voice of employee and organization health tracking and action planning
10+ years of experience leading talent/development teams and functions with broad scope and impact
Experience in another functional discipline within HR or in the business is desirable but not required Formal education in the science of human behavior and performance, team dynamics, leadership, organizational effectiveness, and change.
Graduate level credentials highly desirable.
Experience supporting global businesses required, with experience living and working outside one’s home country desirable

Interest and curiosity in the leadership talent, with an action orientation in getting to know the talent and having an evidence-based point of view on performance and development
Extensive experience designing and executing programs and processes that have measurably impacted leadership, management, and cultural capabilities.
