Summary

The Data Implementations Specialist is responsible for the implementation and configuration of assigned products including Quant, Freeman’s data analytics dashboard, Lennd exhibitor management system and Orchestrate presentation management system. Working together with clients, the Data Implementations Specialist will evaluate requirements and needs, develop an implementation plan that meets those requirements, and then execute on configuration, delivery, and support of the event.

Additionally, the Data Implementations Specialist is responsible for working with our internal product and development teams to both support current and develop additional data connections and data visualization dashboards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct scoping calls to understand specific client and event requirements

  • Configure and test client product specific event sites and pages

  • Walk clients through the live site to review design, demonstrate features, and answer outstanding questions

  • Interpret, organize and manage data utilized for each event

  • Create and manage collateral for assigned events

  • Coordinate communications and task status with internal and external stakeholders

  • Work across multiple technical teams to ensure successful delivery of the overall event

  • Maintain show-specific pages to house key information and documents for the event

  • Track and report hours utilized on an event-to-event basis

  • Be aware of market trends regarding current and future digital product features and innovations

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in technical implementation roles

  • Three (3) or more years performing similar duties

  • Working knowledge of digital analytics concepts and technologies

  • Demonstrated competency in data analytics or BI platforms a plus (e.g. Microsoft Power BI, AWS Analytics, Looker)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Teams, SharePoint as well as other project management and time tracking tools
