    The Enterprise Licensing A dvanced S upport team works to ensure success ful large-scale deployment of MathWorks products . We are part of a team centered approach exchanging customer feedback among internal groups , evolving our process and products for customer success .

Responsibilities

You will lead activities for Enterprise Licensing deployment in collaboration with a wide range of internal groups including Sales, Customer Service, Pricing and Licensing, and Development.

  • Analyze customer workflows and adapt license configurations for successful deployment.

  • Contribute to evolving the licensing model.

  • Analyze the effectiveness of license administration tools and collaborate with Development to design software enhancements.

  • Investigate, debug, and resolve Enterprise software licensing issues.

  • Manage and maintain customer configuration information.

  • Create license deployment metrics and reports.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree and 7 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 5 years of professional work experience, or a PhD degree, or equivalent experience) is required.

Additional Qualifications

  • Understanding of software technology and licensing nuances

  • Understanding of software procurement, deployment, and administration at large companies

  • Negotiation skills and direct customer facing experience

  • Experience managing multiple, complex projects/engagements simultaneously

Plusses

  • Flexlm and license manager knowledge

  • Experience administering MathWorks products within a large organization
