The ERP Systems Lead will focus on the Financial Systems that support the tax and accounting teams, most importantly Oracle Cloud ERP and Vertex, globally. The position reports to the Finance Systems Manager and is a critical element in the development of a support and vendor management strategy for the finance and operations applications.
Responsibilities
In collaboration with the Finance Systems Manager the position will:
Plan and execute analysis for implementation of future functionality in partnership with the Finance team and IT (BizApps). Manage Oracle Cloud technical integrations with third party vendors. Point of contact for vendor management including managing Oracle and Vertex service request and enhancements process.
Manage automated testing within the ERP space in conjunction with Quality Engineering (QE). This includes developing and managing test bed, assess testing needs for updates and enhancements, coordinate and validate automated testing. Keep current with new automation technologies and methodologies.
Identify opportunities to connect operational processes with system activities and solutions. Develop recommendations on enabling system functionality and routinely troubleshoot configuration and data problems.
Interface with WW business partners to elicit and document requirements that may cross multiple functional areas and identify gaps.

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without restriction.
A bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree, or equivalent experience) is required.
Additional Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or accounting required with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working with Finance systems, preferably in a software company
Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) strongly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, SQL, REST APIs.
Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP Finance and Procurement Modules and configuration (most notably security roles and workflows).
Hands on experience with automation tools and methodologies
Ability to communicate effectively, translating business terms to technical terms and vice-versa.
Understanding of software development life cycle
Customer service mindset with experience working with stakeholders/partners at all levels, globally, across the organization.
