Job Responsibilities:

  • Track overall status and progress of a portfolio of client projects assigned to a select Client Engagement team/region

  • Effectively manage utilization of Client Engagement Managers

  • Work with Engagement Managers on a day to day basis to ensure that client projects are completed on time, risks are identified and mitigated effectively, and operational constraints are addressed in a manner that supports superior client service

  • Serve as primary escalation point for Client Engagement Managers for day to day project issues, and meet with clients onsite as needed

  • Collaborate on building and improving key business processes with other leaders across Engagement & Client Service

  • Coach and train Client Engagement Managers to build knowledge and talent across the team

  • Accountable for day-to-day team performance and deliverables

  • Analyze operational reports and provide insights to team to improve performance

  • Demonstrate the ability to size and scope new Professional Service opportunities (e.g., Implementations, Services Projects, etc.).

  • Manage team performance by providing actionable tasks and measurable performance targets

  • Coach direct reports on a periodic 1-1 basis in order to prepare them for greater levels of responsibility and offer career mentorhip

  • Assist with recruiting process and ongoing resource management

  • Collaborate with colleagues on internal, projects geared toward enhancing Client Service

  • Demonstrate proficiency with project estimation, SalesForce, PowerBI and CloudCoach tools

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5 - 8+ years of project management and client facing experience

  • Understands key objectives of the business and how their teams’ performance impacts overall company goals

  • Able to plan and organize work, with keen attention to detail, and assign client project work to team members, as appropriate

  • Possesses strong written and verbal communications skills and is able to interact effectively with both clients and internal stakeholders

  • Recognizes the hierarchy and culture of Eze and is able to collaborate effectively with all key decision makers

  • Demonstrates appropriate judgement and is able to address day to day project issues in a timely and effective manner

  • Ability to actively engage staff to address retention and performance issues in a timely manner

  • Shares a genuine concern for peers and subordinates and is willing to train and mentor colleagues in support of overall business success

  • Capable of performing in an environment of operational constraints and conflicting priorities

  • Working knowledge of 2 - 3 product lines
