MERSEN IS Help Desk Analyst in NEWBURYPORT, Massachusetts

Responsibilities/Duties 1. POSITION BASIC PURPOSE The basic purpose of this position is to provide Information Services customer support to all end-users. Support is provided in the form of Help Desk support and data center services. This position also provides general IS infrastructure maintenance and support. . 1. CONTEXT OF THE POSITION AND MAJOR CHALLENGES The IS HelpDesk Analyst works with end-users across all business disciplines to provide troubleshooting services and quick break-fix response for end-user problems. Providing pro-active infrastructure and help desk service to delivery high quality, highly available computing services to all end-users (customers) is the key challenge for this position. 1. POSITION REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCIES AND ABILITIES) 1. B.S Degree or equivalent Business Experience 2. Strong PC Setup and support skills 3. Strong Microsoft OS and application skills 4.
