Why Is This Role Critical?

The Senior Clinical Advisor will build strong relationships between our hospital and health-system clients and the company. He or she will be the thought leader in transitions of care and will thrive at using your clinical knowledge to drive process in a top healthcare IT company.

What you will be accountable for….

  • Provide clinical oversight on the implementation of naviHealth products by clients
  • Develop tools and process to assist hospitals in standardizing transition care module
  • Develop and demonstrate expertise in transition solutions
  • Collaborate with internal and external entities to provide direction and clinical insight with relation to patient transition
  • Manage accounts to drive client satisfaction and retention while partnering with the client account management team
  • Develop and support processes that will optimize workflow and use of naviHealth products ensuring the enhancement and efficiencies in patient care
  • Assist in the sales process by providing insight on the clinical aspects of product demonstrations and workflow design, as needed

What you will need to be successful……

  • RN with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in patient transition, discharge planning or case management; experience in a hospital or health-system preferred but not required
  • Comfort utilizing various technologies, with preference to those who have participated in a software implementation project
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and health-care information systems
  • Strong communication, organization, time-management and project-management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or related course of study; master’s preferred
  • Willingness to travel, depending on client needs (approximately 50 percent may be required)
