Bright Horizons Senior Director Enrollment Management in Newton, Massachusetts
Primary Purpose
The Senior Director, Enrollment Management is responsible for driving enrollment at Full Service centers in the US. By developing deep partnerships with Operations and Center Product Strategy teams, this person will lead the strategic, systemic, operational and staff components of enrollment management through constant optimization of the Enrollment Manager program and systems.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
Oversee a team of 30+ Enrollment Managers supporting 380 centers to drive and optimize individual and team performance. Improve conversion from completed visit to registration and requested enrollment to enrollment by ensuring efficiency in pipeline management, proactive planning for classroom transitions, optimization of offer strategy across a portfolio of centers, and waitlist management.
Develop strong partnerships across all levels of Operations to ensure productive relationships that maximize enrollment. Escalate and resolve barriers to enrollment quickly, effectively, and in the spirit of HEART principles.
Collaborate with the Center Product Strategy team to optimize CRM and enrollment systems for efficiency, data integrity, and visibility.
Develop vision for a seamless and delightful customer enrollment experience, ensuring customers receive warm and personalized communication, timely responses, and a holistic relationship with Bright Horizons that includes both Enrollment Managers and Center teams.
Develop vision for the future of Enrollment Management that leverages systems and automation to the highest degree, increasing the Enrollment Manager to center ratio.
Develop strategy, systems and plan for leveraging client employer programs such as Tuition Subsidy, Priority Access, Priority Enrollment and Back-Up programs to drive Full Service Enrollment.
Leverage individual and team performance and success metrics to make important decisions about optimization and staffing strategies. Partner with Analytics and Center Product Strategy teams to develop, interpret and take action to improve performance data.
Maintains deep knowledge of prospect priorities, values and concerns. Regularly shares customer feedback and mindset insights with Marketing, Operations, Center Product Strategy and Contact Center teams to deliver best-in-class experiences for all families who interact with Bright Horizons.

Education
Bachelor's Degree required. Relevant experience considered in lieu of applicable degree
Additional Job Requirements
The Senior Director of Enrollment Management exhibits a high degree of individual decision-making, including jurisdiction over enrollment systems, budgets, and staff.
The candidate must have a proven ability to understand business requirements in a variety of functional areas and a demonstrated ability to organize, coordinate, and execute on multiple projects.
Entrepreneurial spirit, creative problem-solving and proven record of building new enterprise-level programs that drive business results.
Ability to manage large team in an enterprise setting.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential. Individual must be comfortable working with a variety of user groups ranging from senior executives to entry-level employees
Self-starter with the initiative to identify and act upon opportunities without direction
Experience in managing projects through to completion
