About the role
As the FreshAddress Senior Manager, Client Services, you will manage the day-to-day operations and relationships between our clients and our List Processing team. You will be responsible for building upon our unparalleled quality, on-time deliverables, and customer service. If you like streamlining workflows, multi-tasking, and being in the center of all the action, you will excel in this position!
Manage Client Services and List Processing team of five (5) to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time
Manage email deployment needs, working with multiple ESP partners, to maximize deliverability
Oversee tech ticketing system and follow-up for Client Services related issues
Oversee licensed data relationships, billing, and data quality
Work with Sales Manager to spec and manage custom project requests and see through to completion
Work with Developers and QA team to test out new functionality and offerings
Oversee Client Portal operation and enhancements, working with Product and Engineering teams
The ideal candidate for this role holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years of relevant project management and client service experience. Additionally, the following skills will be beneficial to your success:
Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills
Obsessive attention to detail
Adept with computer technology & software
Comfortable with frequent communication with clients and vendors
Experience with email messaging and/or database marketing strongly preferred
Microsoft SQL and database analysis a plus
