We're looking for a great Product Manager to join the team and help lead a key business line with a high growth potential! Key Responsibilities
Become a key driver of Epion Health’s growing product offering
Produce a roadmap to reach your vision, working with engineers and designers to define user stories and lead Agile development ceremonies
Assess key technology and business partnerships in the health technology space for projects within your purview
Become an internal subject matter expert on Epion’s core platform
Create and maintain feature documentation
Identify the highest impact solution, break the work into smaller pieces, prioritize that work, and deliver improvements in a measurable way
Lead discussions with engineers, designers, data analysts and key stakeholders ranging from high-concept vision to actionable goals and tasks
Effectively prioritize and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously
Define and analyze metrics to assess product success
Required Experience
In order to be considered for this role you must have the following experience:
3+ years in a Product Management role at a software company (Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst)
Active participation in integration of 3rd-party APIs into your team's product offering
Recent participation in the following Agile processes:
Full ownership of the creation and delivery of User Stories
Composing, maintaining, and delivering Epics to completion
Active daily participation in SCRUM process

Ability to think through complex problems, and break them down into milestones and small chunks that your team can complete in short iterations
Empathy for others - our internal stakeholders, medical providers, and patients
Highly organized, thorough and can communicate clearly and concisely with both clients and internal remote team members
Ability to manage work independently, while also working cross-functionally to accomplish greater goals as a team.
Must be authorized to work in the United States, have a valid driver's license, and pass a background check
