WATTS Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Support Lead in North Andover, Massachusetts

Watts is seeking a highly motivated Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Support Lead with analytical skills to support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) implementation for process improvements and automation. The RPA Support Lead will utilize both business process and information technology (IT) background to analyze business processes and determine automation opportunities. Be key player to support RPA Solutions to automate business processes across various functions and support process efficiency and effectiveness using RPA technologies from UiPath.


The RPA Support Lead will work with the RPA team to monitor and ensure success of existing RPA solutions. The Support Lead will be responsible for supporting UiPath solutions to process workflows where needed. Duties include:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, RPA team members and IT department colleagues on supporting and maintaining RPA scripts in production. Aid in tracking system updates that will affect existing RPA scripts and work towards pro-active solutions.

  • Support process owners for RPA-related issues and monitor project progress after implementation. Assess and trouble-shoot RPA scripts to create solutions in post-production when necessary

  • Regular process reviews with RPA team members for new developments and changes needed to existing processes

  • Support existing RPA scripts within set controls and meeting all the compliance requirements

  • Support implementation of best practices and other improvement initiatives with the goal of continuous improvement

  • Aid in assessment on any process maintenance & time commitment for new requests by business stakeholders

  • Support the RPA team on any other project related deliverables


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science or a related field


  • No direct reports


  • One year of professional experience in consulting or general accounting with the well-rounded understanding of all aspects of business process with basic IT knowledge

  • Team Player, enthusiastic to understand complex business processes and perform under pressure

  • Understand the concepts, best practices and functions to implement an RPA solution

  • Some experience with one or more RPA technologies such as UiPath.

  • Eager to learn, adopts and leverages fresh perspectives, breakthrough ideas, and new paradigms to create value for the organization

  • Analytical and proactive problem-solving skills with IT background

  • Proven ability to work in a multi-disciplinary and fast pace environment

  • Be skeptical and ready to take initiative with continuous improvement mind-set

  • Some degree of exposure to a major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems

  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus

  • Detailed oriented and ability to learn and work independently as well as in a team environment

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
