WATTS Talent Management Specialist in North Andover, Massachusetts

The Talent Management Specialist will partner cross-functionally and globally with the HR team to execute various programs, projects, and processes. The role will assist and support processes, coordinate, track, administer to ensure development programs succeed through metric-driven information. The responsibilities will also include leading the administration of the Performance Management Process Cycle, Talent Assessment, Succession Planning process and managing the various Talent Management system that also drives our HR analytics (HR Report Out & Metrics) to ensure we are able to deliver on-time, accurate and error-free reporting.


  • Coordinate projects & tasks and support the development, tracking/monitoring, and reporting of several small to large programs (Performance Management, Talent Planning, Engagement, etc.)

  • Support the organization’s DEI strategy and initiatives; specifically, helping coordinate and execute plans alongside the DEI leader

  • Assist in managing the Talent Assessment & Succession Planning process

  • Coordinate and support various regional and global training programs via LMS

  • Manage the LinkedIn Learning platform including to set up learning curriculums

  • Administer and support GLINT survey platform

  • Facilitate employee trainings (in-person & virtual)

  • Co-owner of managing our HR analytics; specifically, our HR reporting needs


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 3+ years of direct practitioner experience in Talent (Learning & Development, Talent Management)

  • Solid knowledge of systems; specifically administering an LMS platform for employee training and Workday HRIS administration (Workday experience preferred)

  • Experience facilitating employee trainings in-person and virtually

  • Experience supporting Talent Management program like Talent Reviews, Performance Reviews & Goal Setting

  • Experience with developing and managing metrics; including systems reporting tools and Excel

  • Program management experience

  • High EQ, strong self-awareness, integrity, professional ethic and safeguard confidential and sensitive information

  • Advanced computer proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Ability to communicate information to diverse audiences, client groups at all levels of the organization.
