Associate, Integration & Test Engineer (New Grad- Northampton, MA)

Responsibilities:
Perform systems engineering tasks for both manual and automated test processes
Assists in the capture and/or management of customer and derived requirements, decomposition, and assignment of requirements to appropriate functional areas of responsibility, insuring traceability from a verification test matrix back to original customer and system level derived requirements.
Develop test plans, procedures & test cases
Execute tests and document results
Use software tools and perform scripting and software/hardware troubleshooting
Supports development and evaluation of complex system designs and architectures
Develop and deliver presentations to communicate design activity plans and status to internal and external customers
Follows processes in conformance with established policies and objectives
Provides input to various Engineering disciplines to support product Lifecycle management
Participate and provide input to product design reviews
Perform root cause analysis and correction action creation
Support Operations in failure trend analysis and ensure failure trends are quickly and effectively identified and resolved
May coordinate the efforts of technical support personnel and may mentor and/or provide work leadership.
May provide technical consultation to internal organizations and/or customers
May evaluate vendor capabilities to provide required products or services
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related field
Intern experience in related field
Ability to work 100% onsite
Ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance, as required
Ability and willingness to travel when required to support outsourced test facility
GPA of 3.0 or greater
Preferred Qualifications:
Coursework and/or experience in electrical engineering, computer engineering, systems engineering, test integration and/or project management
Familiar with LabView, JIRA, MS Project, NI TestStand
Understanding of systems engineering concepts
Project and team leadership experience
Presentation and communication skills (Verbal/written/visual)
Problem solving skills and the ability to meet critical deadlines
Ability to productively contribute work, ideas, and collaboration as part of a team
