About the Opportunity:

  • Functional and Technical Skills

  • Train domestic and international customers on our custom-designed systems after installation is complete.

  • Configure, calibrate, and operate equipment used in the non-destructive testing (NDT) of products or materials.

  • Prepare reports on non-destructive testing (NDT) results.

  • A key member of the customer response team to answer questions.

  • Coordinate training schedules and requirements with clients.

  • Review and update training materials and suggests process improvements.

  • Work with Software engineers for system enhancements

    Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills; both written and oral.

  • Experience in a machine/manufacturing environment, a must.

  • Experience in a client/customer-facing role required.

  • Able to articulate complex terms and processes to non-technical customers.

  • Interest in continuous learning and growth.

  • Independent and resourceful; coordinate and manage workload.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Proficient in MS Office programs such as Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.

  • Typical training sessions require 1-2 weeks of onsite support at the client site. Additional time may be required depending on customer requirements.
