IQVIA Pharmacy Program Lead Technician in Northwood, Massachusetts
A Pharmacy Program Lead Technician is responsible for performing the daily required tasks of a program pharmacy technician while performing activities of team and workload oversight along with the pharmacy management team, perform quality assurance, communicate with hub and client within the manufacturer support division of pharmacy.Ensures the proper completion of all daily tasks in a timely fashion while ensuring quality level of service and compliance with all standard operating procedures.

Work closely with the Executive Management Team to meet program goals and performance
Maintain and efficient and cordial working relationship with program HUB service team to ensure effective communication between HUB and Pharmacy teams
Assist in employee training and quality to present metrics to the Executive Director of Operations and the client during business reviews
Collaborate with management on employee productivity metrics assessment, employee coaching and improvement plan as appropriate
Assist management team in overseeing accurate completion of data entry, free drug dispensing and other related daily tasks to ensure compliance with SOP’s and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Ensure compliance with program Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) with daily activities and tasks
Schedule and organize workload amongst team members and ensure proper coverage of all tasks
Work with management team to perform and report upon regular quality audits on employee calls and data entry
Participate in Quality Calibration sessions as requested
Provide training to current team on an ongoing basis and support with training of new team members
Answer staff and customer questions and recommend corrective services to address customer complaints
Provide product and service information by answering questions, aiding customers, providers and fellow employees per program and pharmacy policies and procedures. Escalate questions to the pharmacist or management as appropriate
Participate in all functions and tasks of a program pharmacy technician which includes, but is not limited to; new patient registration into pharmacy systems, new prescription entry, answer in-bound calls to assist patients and providers, perform outbound calls to patients and providers, escalate medication related questions to pharmacist, document and report Adverse Events (AE’s) per policy and procedure, maintain current patient profiles per accreditation requirements and applicable State and Federal laws and regulations
Provide team with ongoing awareness and training on data security and HIPAA principles applicable to the job functions and as outlined by company training/ policies and procedures
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Lead Pharmacy Technician or relative lead work experience
Unrestricted license for Registered Pharmacy Technician (RphT) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Previous data entry experience and ability to type 30wpm Preferred Requirements:
National (CPhT) Pharmacy Technician Certification Previous experience in pharmacy patient support services Experience in customer service
