Seeking a temporary Technical Project Manager to take on the challenge of ensuring the successful delivery of the infrastructure components required to make these sites a reality.

Here's What You'll Do

• Lead multiple concurrent cross-functional infrastructure build-out projects

• Drive deployment of business strategies through project plans and by partnering with key stakeholders and internal partners

• Define project objectives, requirements, and timelines necessary to structure a project or activity

• Manage projects within established scope, schedule, and budget while meeting and exceeding project management standards

• Establish, maintain, and lead high performing project teams, serving as the project advocate, and managing through influence

• Lead, coordinate, facilitate, and motivate all associated project resources to gain alignment on project goals and deliverables

• Lead risk management within project teams, ensuring risks have appropriate mitigation and contingency plans

• Facilitate and lead effective project meetings, manage change and conflict, and develop resource planning estimates to manage project workload and productivity

Here's What You'll Need (Minimum Qualifications)

• 7+ years of hands-on experience and progressive growth in Project Management roles

• 5+ years of experience in delivering global IT Infrastructure site build projects

• BS level technical degree or equivalent experience required

Here's What You'll Bring to the Table (Preferred Qualifications)

• PMP Certification

• Demonstrated prior experience and success with leading multiple concurrent cross-functional projects

• Ability to collaborate and establish high trust relationships with leaders across the enterprise

• Must be comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced, highly dynamic, entrepreneurial environment that is being defined and built in real-time

• strong competencies in planning, project management, and organization with the ability to lead multiple activities and resources while maintaining a focus on quality

• Solid analytical and strategic capabilities and business acumen along with demonstrated work ethic

• Must possess excellent communication, presentation, collaboration and influencing skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic fast-paced environment and work in an Agile development framework

• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or healthcare setting

• Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with end-users, peers and external vendors
