The CCS Companies Project Manager in Norwood, Massachusetts

The Project Manager is responsible for managing a number of projects ranging in complexity, ensuring business processes and technology solutions align with CCS business objectives, while working collaboratively within the business to achieve the stated objectives, measurable goals, and deliverables of these projects.

This role requires the management of cross-functional projects through complete project lifecycle. The Project Manager is also responsible for applying expertise to identify opportunities and ensure that requirements are understood and captured. Participating in and managing the project to ensure accurate planning is completed along with appropriate resource scheduling. Ownership and accountability for all aspects of project delivery from inception to closure is a must.


  • Meets with management, sponsors, and project teams to review project scope/progress and resolve project issues

  • Leads the project team(s) in translating requirements into operational plans

  • Maintains knowledge of hardware, software, organizational policies, and organizational management structures

  • Determines, monitors, and reviews all project economics

  • Ensure projects meet time, cost, and quality parameters

  • Overseeing implementation of complex, cross-functional projects

  • Establishes appropriate metrics for measuring key project criteria

  • Manage and coordinate the implementation of business software, processes and procedures

  • Other duties may be assigned as required by business needs


  • Requires 5-7 years of relevant hands-on experience in a Project Manager position

  • Endeavor to constantly learn new things. Keep current with constantly changing business environment and be self-motivated

  • Ability to work effectively as a team member, collaborating, contributing and cooperating with corporate steering committee

  • Excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies

  • Be receptive to feedback, willing to learn, embracing continuous improvement and is receptive and responsive to change


  • Bachelor’s degree

  • PMP or equivalent certification required
