You will play a critical role in the design and successful implementation of digital experiences which transform how customers interact with Annie Selke brand, products, and services. The leading candidate will have domain knowledge of solid design and user experience principles along with an understanding of customer expectations. How will you support the team? - Deliver a premium brand and exceptional consumer experience through visual and custom centric design. - Initiate projects to deliver best in class ecommerce platforms while driving DTC to achieve the Strategic Objectives of the business. - Focus on Platform innovation to deliver improved metrics and ROI for the organization. - Manage the scope, development, and specifications of ASCO\'s Consumer Journey with ecommerce platforms (responsive web, mobile, desktop, tablet). - Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive success metrics such as conversion and engagement associated with site functionality and customer experience. - Provide guidance and advocacy for the agile and digital transformation process, to improve platform stability, increase speed to market and increase efficiency in the solutions delivery process. - Ensure the B2B site meets the needs of Codarus, retail partners and designers. - Partner with the Director, Sales Operations and Director, Business Development to identify and streamline processes. - Collaborate with IT to focus on process automations to support selling, account management and improve overall business operations. - Manage the development, training and launch of the new sites. - Manage the product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution, analyze results and make recommendations for further optimizations and enhancements. - Facilitate development and manage a product backlog, facilitate discussions about requirements, changing priorities, processes, data governance and quality controls. - Support the technical team\'s end-to-end efforts for testing, validation and sign off. We\'re looking for someone with... - Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field with 5 years relevant experience (ecommerce, IT project, data management, process improvement). - Global experience, ideally in retail, fashion, home d?cor or CPG with a strong understanding of the business and brand, as well as IT development processes, practices, infrastructure, and technology solutions within the eCommerce ecosystem. - Experience delivering successful products, including defining vision, strategy, outcome-driven product roadmaps and creating and managing backlogs. - Experience articulating and testing product hypotheses. - Experience working in SCRUM or Agile development. - Strong project manager with the ability to lead large, cross-functional teams of internal and external resources ensuring the on-time and in-scope delivery of complex projects. - Strong sense of collaboration and accountability for solutions proposed and delivered and user experience sensibilities. - Experience collaborating closely with developers and designers. - Demonstrated ability to get things done in a rapidly changing environment. - Proven ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to adapt your communication style for the audience (English required). - Strong presentation, leadership, business influence, and project management skills.
