Job Description
Administers security programs and procedures for classified programs
Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations
Obtains rulings and interpretations for compliance with regulations from government agencies
Conducts security audits and facility inspections
Provides security education to site personnel
Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive actions
Prepare, implement, and ensure procedures for safeguarding all classified material
Manage all classified contract DD254's
Prepare and submit required security reports to DCSA and/or customer officials
Oversee collateral visit and clearance process, as well as classified document control
Serve as primary POC for facility operations
Provide incident response, initial and final reporting with recommendations towards corrective actions
Interface with Cognizant Security Agencies including DCSA for external inspections
Liaison and interface with IT department for all approvals and installations
Support Division FSOs with Foreign Visitor management
Support Division security policy and processes
Audits for DFAR/CUI compliance
Essential Job Responsibilities
Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes and security audits. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.
Minimum Qualifications
6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
Required to have a DoD Secret and eligible for TS/SCI
Must be a U.S. Citizen #LI-MH1
Preferred Requirements
Ten (10) years minimum experience managing DoD or IC contractor's security programs
Minimum 5 years of experience as Contractor Special Security Officer(CSSO)/Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO)
Knowledge of both industrial security to analyze evaluate and interpret current security requirements
Must be able to interpret the intent of available guidelines and use considerable judgment in applying them to individual situations
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience utilizing JPAS, SWFT, NISS, DISS, and ACCS
Physical Requirements
Job performance requires adequate visual acuity and manual dexterity for meeting the requirements of the discipline. Office work environment.
