General Summary of Position:

  • Scheduling all priority inside wire tickets.
  • Working with vendor relations to secure techs for inside wire jobs.
  • Working with premier teams to support Granite customers.
  • **10am to 7pm SHIFT*

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage Standard Level Accounts.
  • Responsible for answering 40+ daily inbound calls.
  • Work with Premier Teams to support Granite customers.
  • Working with Excel managing Install status spreadsheets.
  • Participate in customer calls.
  • Manage techs and assist with resolution of issues
  • Work daily Inside wire emails
  • Working with vendor relations to secure techs for inside wire jobs.
  • Working with premier teams to support Granite customers
  • Call vendors to confirm scheduled tickets for Standard/Elite teams
  • Contacting partners to confirm and reschedule jobs
  • Getting closeouts from partners with in a timely manner
  • Attaching documents in IW tickets
  • Work overdue queues
  • Responsible for on call cell phone on rotating basis

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in Dispatch/Phone Company
  • Bachelor's Degree, Associates Degree considered if candidate has telecom knowledge
  • Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Typing skills are a MUST
  • Excellent communication skill (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multitask and follow issues through to completion
  • Decision making skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Telecommunications/Structure Cabling and account Management experience
