5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

As a Project Manager in ourUtilities Analytics Client Success team, you will join the utility industry slargest SaaS Analytics practice and will be critical to the future directionand growth of our analytics business. You will deliver a best-in-class productto utilities that leverages their data to quickly solve their business problemsin areas such as revenue protection, distribution operations and energyefficiency.
You will be responsible formanaging all aspects of several key Oracle | DataRaker implementations,including writing and managing requirements, project management, resourcecoordination and results validation. You will manage business and technicalactivities (e.g., interface design specifications, analytic testspecifications). The ideal candidate has a solid technical background inthe areas described below, along with a good understanding of the utilityindustry in general, and meter systems and meter data in particular.
The following tasks areexamples of the responsibilities of the Project Manager:
Manage implementations of clientson latest version of DataRaker software.
Collect, document and maintainclient requirements for the implementation.
Meet with business and ITrepresentatives of the clients to gather and communicate requirements on datasources, IT systems, and other technical considerations.
Develop specifications for thedevelopment or modification of data interfaces into the Oracle | DataRakersystem.
Define specifications for thevarious analytical functions that will meet the client s business needs.
Direct the work of data engineersand scientists to develop and configure analytical solutions.
Perform or direct various ad-hocanalytical queries required to fulfill customer engagements.
Track the progress of eachengagement against goals.
Background / Experience
5-10 years total workexperience with a minimum of 4 years as a project manager or quantitativeanalyst/consultant with some management and client facing experience.
Degree in a technical or quantitativefield, preferably engineering, science, mathematics, statistics, economics, orcomputer science.
Excellent communicationskills both written and oral.
Solid foundation in dataanalysis and developing analytic models.
Experience in translatingbusiness requirements into data requirements, as well as interfaces andanalysis specifications.
Ability to work independentlyand with minimal supervision.
Travel required 25% of time.
Experience in the electric,gas or water utility industry is a plus - specific experience withinmeter-to-cash, energy efficiency, and/or network planning and operations isideal.
SaaS software deliveryexperience.
Ability to write basicdatabase queries to validate output to be delivered to clients.
