The QA Lead is responsible for overseeing the testing process for BCBSMA initiatives, leading teams of QA/Test Analysts, and ensuring technical designs and specifications meet business and system requirements.Assigned business areas to support the Migration to Members Edge platform include:• Enrollment Operations• Data Lake Applications Program• Data Warehouse, ODS, and Business Intelligence / Analytics• Downstream Applications, including Vendor Integration
Oversees testing for projects downstream from the Data Lake Application Program (DLAP).
Develops test strategies from detailed business requirements, including process workflows
Develops automation strategy
Delivers automated dashboards of QA metrics, including test execution and defect statistics
Reports on requirements traceability of test execution
Oversees test plans, and runs manual and automated testing.
Coordinates business users to perform UAT
