The QA Lead is responsible for overseeing the testing process for BCBSMA initiatives, leading teams of QA/Test Analysts, and ensuring technical designs and specifications meet business and system requirements.Assigned business areas to support the Migration to Members Edge platform include:• Enrollment Operations• Data Lake Applications Program• Data Warehouse, ODS, and Business Intelligence / Analytics• Downstream Applications, including Vendor Integration

  • Oversees testing for projects downstream from the Data Lake Application Program (DLAP).

  • Develops test strategies from detailed business requirements, including process workflows

  • Develops automation strategy

  • Delivers automated dashboards of QA metrics, including test execution and defect statistics

  • Reports on requirements traceability of test execution

  • Oversees test plans, and runs manual and automated testing.

  • Coordinates business users to perform UAT
