State Street Quality Services Delivery Lead in Quincy, Massachusetts

This position with the IT Global Quality Solutions team has full cycle accountability for designing and executing standard and ad hoc, complex projects.

Key responsibilities are:

  • Support the development Global Quality Delivery 3 year transformation program, track progress, identify potential risks and propose solutions, suggest and develop improvements and modifications to select initiatives
  • Accountable for execution of initiatives that require a high level of cross functional teamwork and a high pace of delivery
  • Responsible for proactive issue escalation, risk mitigation, and timely change management, ensuring delivery of business value on time and on budget
  • Develop frameworks and other tools to help senior leaders structure their problems
  • Conduct extensive quantitative and qualitative analyses, participate actively in all phases of the program
  • Identify key Quality performance indicators (KPI’s), Define data requirements
  • Actively participate in executive level process and performance reviews
  • Communicate recommendations to senior management through effective oral and written communication
  • Govern the intake and evaluation of prospective initiatives
  • Development of program and project updates for senior management
  • Manage initiatives to budget, scope and time effectively

Skills / Qualifications:

  • B.S in Business Management - Accounting or Finance
  • 8+ years of work experience in IT Financial Services industry with a Minimum 6 years in Quality Assurance
  • Prior experience in a Quality Assurance Test role is a must
  • Experience in IT audit reviews/responses (SOC, external) required
  • Knowledge of Transaction Processing, Portfolio Accounting is a plus
  • Extensive experience in project management and facilitation complex technical solution delivery; knowledge of Agile Scrum Software Development Framework;
  • Strong analytic and quantitative skillset; managing sizeable data sets
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills: driving insight and decision-making
  • Self-starter with a desire to overcome obstacles and deliver on business aligned goals;
  • Ability to lead multiple complex projects at any one time
