Business/ Data Analyst |Skipta (Informa Intelligence) – Rowley, MA Skipta is looking for an individual to join our growing team and serve as aBusiness/Data Analyston our Analytics team in our Rowley, Massachusetts office. The Business/Data Analyst will report directly to the Director of Business Analytics, playing an important role in the evaluation and management of Skipta’s healthcare professional social database. This includes business intelligence reporting frameworks, relational cloud databases, reporting tools and dashboards. The Business/Data Analyst should have strong analytical skills and understand how to utilize and harness data to make informed business decisions. This individual will be responsible for understanding, tracking, and analyzing all components of Skipta’s data. The individual will work directly with Sales, Marketing and the Operations team for the development and review of client/partner performance and reports.Goals and objectives of the Business/Data Analyst include:

  • Client campaign report delivery and execution, including:

  • Campaign scoping and design for optimal performance

  • Ongoing campaign KPI tracking and measurement

  • Subject matter expert assisting Sales team on metric review for client acquisition and retention

  • Work cross-functionally with various business owners to identify and determine new information/data needs, while assisting with the design and implementation of reporting tools to help drive revenue and maximize clients’ experiences with Skipta

  • Ensure Skipta has the necessary data and information for ongoing daily operations, client acquisition, client retention, and strategic planning

  • Discover new opportunities to optimize the business through analytics and statistical modeling

  • Work with functional teams (Operations, Technology, Marketing, Account Management, and Sales) to execute key projects associated with Skipta’s annual strategic initiatives

  • This individual will participate in multiple concurrent projects related to the improvement of data management and data reporting, working with a number of different stakeholders; Operations, Sales, Account Management, Technology, Marketing, and Sr. Leadership.

Desired Skills and Expertise

  • Bachelors’ degree preferably in Business Administration, Statistics, or Marketing Analytics

  • Experience working with relational databases, data visualization, web analytics, e-mail analytics, social media engagement tracking, and web/mobile tagging software applications; SQL, Python, PowerBI/Tableau, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Comscore, Doubleclick for Publisher

  • Experience with programming, data visualization and/or marketing analytics preferred

  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry, specifically pharmaceutical manufacturers, health plans, and healthcare providers preferred

  • Results-driven, able to self-direct and work independently in a virtual work environment

  • Flexible and able to easily adapt to rapidly changing priorities and responsibilities

  • Ability to understand and set priorities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and design work plans to track progress, resolve issues, and efficiently and effectively see tasks to completion

  • Excellent client management skills and the ability to work with customers and partners to develop and manage an implementation plan

  • Ability to facilitate communication across lines of business within an organization

  • Must possess strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
