Senior UX Designer
Our client seeks a senior level UX designer who will help advance UX design practice and drive project success. As part of a small, cross-functional UXD team, s/he will client-face to define strategies and requirements and hands-on execute UX deliverables.
Accountable for overall UX design and execution in alignment with strategy, scope and priorities of each project.
Create wireframes, personas, sitemaps, prototypes and other materials that communicate design and strategy.
Facilitate discovery sessions and create/present strategies.
Lead user interviews/testing sessions, analyze feedback, and share key findings/insights with the team and the clients.
Collaborate with other UX designers, visual designers, content strategists, and developers and co-own the final product.
Evangelize user-centered design and methodology internally and externally.
Help evolve our IA and UX approach, process, and documentation.
Has a 7-10 year successful track record in UX design practice
Is an innovative, strategic thinker
Is an experienced client consultant
Is knowledgeable in using UX tools such as Sketch, InVision, Axure, Gather Content and Adobe products
Often challenges team through solutions beyond what?s expected
Puts ideas first over egos as a team player
Is an exceptional visual and verbal communicator
Follows UX trends and lives/breathes UX best practices
Has experience/knowledge in designing a site powered by a content management system
Healthcare and HigherEd experience a plus but not required
