Seasoned individual capable of handling broad scope projects that could have a short to long term focus
Facilitates workshops, working with process owners/SMEs and technology teams to analyze and assess automation feasibility, as well as analyze and document business requirements, processes and work instructions
Works very closely with both business and technical stakeholders
Looks for and finds ways to improve the way we operate
Document requirements (functional & non-functional) and creates use cases
Analyze and decompose business rules
Operates independently on multiple project tasks
Leads business analysis across multiple parallel initiatives
Collaborate with business and systems experts
Lead analysis of business processes, procedures, data and rules
Negotiate and influence requirements direction
Ability to recognize problems and drive to root cause
Develop and implement standards resulting in decreased project lead times
Willingness to cross train team members as well as learn other team roles
Embrace a continuous improvement culture and view failures as learning opportunities
At least 5 years’ of Business Analyst experience
Experience with drafting business requirements
Ability to own and drive business analysis of a project
Strong client relationship skills, including an ability to independently engage with clients
Ability to work collaboratively with business and IT
Strong analytical skills and logical approach
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
Strong commitment to professional and service excellence
Ability to work and lead in a results oriented culture
Excellent oral/written communication, planning, project management, networking and influencing skills
Strong problem-solving skills and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Understanding of SDLC Waterfall and Agile Development Methodologies
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
At least3 years of Business Analysis experience preferred
Experience with financial services products
Perform requirement management planning for med-large scale project
Highly organized and collaborative
Possess process management skill such as Six-Sigma and Lean Processes
