MassMutual Enrollment Consultant - REMOTE US in Springfield, Massachusetts
As an Enrollment Consultant you will provide highly technical leadership and direction to high priority or special projects undertaken by the Worksite Enrollment Solutions Team. This includes partnering with our distribution team on identifying, vetting and implementation of enrollment platforms. In addition, this will include conducting platform discovery and evaluations, recommending to our partners appropriate alternatives, evaluating product alignment and lastly implementing solutions.

The Worksite Insurance business is growing as we aim to reach middle class workers in support of the company’s vision to provide financial well-being to all Americans. Worksite has achieved success in recent years distributing our Group Voluntary and Executive products through our multi-channel distribution relationships. To further this success, we must continue to evolve our strategy to reach more advisors and customers, while providing them an enhanced self-service, digital experience to allow us to aggressively grow top line sales.
The Enrollment Consultant will develop and manage relationships with Third Party Enrollment technology companies who compliment MassMutual’s values and winning ways, and will ensure MassMutual is always working with best in class technology partners who share our team’s mission to build industry leading enrollment experiences to help people secure their future and protect the ones they love.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for integration of MassMutual@Work benefits with approved TPE technology
Supporting best practices that drive quality & participation consistent with the objectives set across the value chain
Negotiates agreements and manages development and testing schedule/timeline
Handles intake and processing of new integration requests in Salesforce; facilitates the evaluation of potential Third Party Enrollment technology partners against key criteria to reach decisions on platform fit
Identifies capabilities & limitations of all new and existing TPE companies and works to establish the best technical solution that will support the enrollment needs or our external stakeholder
Presents findings and makes recommendations to the Integration Governance Committee for final approval
Project lead working with the technical teams of approved companies to ensure on-time delivery and In Good Order tools and capabilities; ensures that all work is signed off by internal stakeholders before approving for production
The Minimum QUALIFICATIONS
7+ years of related relationship management and/or technical experience
5+ years' experience with Worksite and/or Group Insurance
Experience with enrollment platforms and EDI technology
Experience leading integration/change efforts and implementation projects
Advanced ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
High School Diploma
Ability to work 100% remotely in the US
The Ideal QUALIFICATIONS
4 year college degree
Experience using Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
Familiarity with Salesforce
