Seeking a Jira/Confluence and Bitbucket Administrator to provide technical support, administration, and maintenance of all Atlassian Products Suite. Candidate will be working as part of a small but rapidly growing high-energy team delivering creative solutions and enhancements of the Atlassian tools stack. Candidate will be interacting directly with our MassMutual users to understand their requirements and impact their experience through the design and implementation of new features and customizations in Jira/Confluence/Bitbucket.
Administer Atlassian Product’s, supporting both development and production environments for users.
Provide technical support for AWS cloud and database issues for Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket users.
Provide administration, maintenance, and upgrade support to Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and integrated add-ons.
Monitor the system to respond to usability and performance concerns.
Manage AWS Cloud installations and perform required SW version updates to Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and all installed add-ons.
Manage user accounts and AD groups.
Support development and changes to workflows, screens, fields, and permission schemes within.
Creating, managing, and supporting all administrative functions associated with the Atlassian product suite
Administering add-ons and integrations.
Evaluate and manage the usage of Atlassian add-ons to meet team and business needs.
Working Knowledge cloud-based development, such as AWS.
Experience devise, test, and deploy integrations between Atlassian products.
A working knowledge of Agile (Scrum or Kanban) methodologies.
Set-Up/Maintenance/Optimization/Configuration of Atlassian products Testing/Sandbox/POC.
Set-Up/Maintenance/Optimization/Configuration of Roles & Permissions for Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket.
Set-Up/Maintenance/Optimization/Configuration of Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket Project’s.
2 Years of experience as a Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket Administrator.
Experience working in an Agile environment
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
5+ Years of experience as a Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket Administrator.
Experience with Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket desired in the following:
Understanding of Jira permissions sets preferred.
Experience with add-ons.
Experience with migrating content.
Experience using REST APIs for integration to other tools.
Experience in both Amazon AWS Cloud platforms preferred.
Experience with SQL databases.
Ability to guide / mentor other Administrators and troubleshoot issues
Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to grasp concepts quickly
Demonstrate sharp, analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
Agile (Scrum or Kanban) methodologies experience.
