Acts a Technical Product Owner of the team and drives:
Ideation- Drive technical product vision and direction. Identify new product opportunities, work with stakeholders to evaluate opportunities and determine the ones worthy of business and technology investment. Ability to understand emerging tech trends, see how they impact technical roadmap, and how they drive innovation
Prioritization and backlog management- Working with business and technology stakeholders, identify and build a prioritization framework to evaluate competing priorities and facilitate prioritization conversations. Working with partners, build a 2-3 year product roadmap and manage technical product backlog
Change management- Lead and collaborate on business readiness activities including product testing, end user education, rollout, iteration and support
People management: Has people management responsibilities leading a team of 6-25 people. Coach, mentor and provide career guidance for all team members and build domain expertise within the team
Accountable for managing projected cost of an initiative vs actual spend of work-cell(s)
Talent strategy: Accountable for selection and engagement of team members – attract, retain and develop talent
Accountable for delivery and health of work-cell (agile or waterfall) team(s)
Create an environment that is proactive, agile, economical, collaborative fun and accountable
Responsible for managing capacity / demand of team(s) – gathering demand from IT and business leaders and planning accordingly, working with Portfolio Head
Ensure execution is aligned with best practices and standards as defined by CoEs and solutions deployed are secure as per EIRM standards
Collaborate within and across CIO channels to identify delivery efficiencies, leverage teammates on the bench and ensure all teams are successful
Provides information to business partners about product line improvement opportunities and collaborates with them to drive down costs and support capabilities
Self-driven, extremely energetic individual who has the vision of enhancing the productivity of MM(IT) employees by leveraging the latest in technology
Understanding of the impact of IT on business results
Experience in managing business engagements starting from building strong relationship with the various business leads to balancing a wide variety of priorities
Experience and knowledge of domain and/or proven record of learning quickly
Has an understanding of an IT organization and which areas support tools, applications services and projects across IT
Proven ability to apply financial insights and draw accurate conclusions from financial and other quantitative information
Assists in the development and definition of the business partners’ strategy
Deep technical knowledge in application development
Excellent communication, presentation, influencing and reasoning skills
Demonstrated leadership in coordinating initiatives across business and organizational boundaries, and building effective cross-functional teams
Ability to travel and work under periods of stress.
Authorized to work in the United States with or without sponsorship
5+ years of overall experience with at least 2+ years of IT leadership, business unit, or other functional leadership experience
College degree, MBA preferred
- 2 years or more experience working on Salesforce as a developer or admin or in an operational role
