MassMutual Worksite Implementation Manager in Springfield, Massachusetts

The Worksite Implementation Manager is responsible for developing and managing client implementation project plans for our customers. They will coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure appropriate timeframes are established, effective enrollment strategies are in place and key timelines are met throughout the implementation process. The Worksite implementation team is an integral part of Customer Acquisition and Experience, within Mass Mutual’s Worksite organization. We are a customer-centric team that deliver a seamless onboarding experience for our Brokers, Agents and Customers. The Impact

The Worksite Implementation Manager is responsible for being the Single point of contact for clients, brokers and external partners during the implementation and enrollment process. You will develop and manage client implementation project plans for our customers. You will coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure appropriate timeframes are established, effective enrollment strategies are in place and key timelines are met throughout the implementation process.

What your days and weeks will include:

  • Single point of contact for clients, brokers and external partners during the implementation and enrollment process

  • Coordinating with sales, communication consultants and operations to organize and plan successful enrollments strategies and implementation timelines

  • Offering a consultative approach to customers through their onboarding while demonstrating a solid knowledge of MassMutual’s products and services including administration, billing, enrollment communication and technology platforms

  • Delivering exceptional and timely customer service when addressing implementation questions and issues

  • Displaying an understanding of interdependencies/relationships with other internal partners and build cohesive partnerships with internal and external customers

  • Conducting product and technology platform enrollment trainings for key agencies, brokers and benefit counselors

  • Participating in VIP and Finalist presentations

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years Voluntary Benefits experience in implementation, sales support or account management

  • Advanced knowledge of life and health insurance products

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 6 years equivalent work experience

  • Strong communication and organization skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Products – Excel, PowerPoint, Word

  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to effectively prioritize work as needed

  • Ability to drive resolution to issues within the broader organization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Worksite experience

  • Proficiency with Salesforce

Position Location

  • Applicants currently within a commutable distance to MassMutual's Springfield office will be required to work from the home office in a hybrid capacity (2 - 3 days a week)

  • If not within a commutable distance, this position will be 100% REMOTE US
