Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Staff Accountant in Stoughton, Massachusetts. Working within the healthcare industry, you will be supporting the integration of recently acquired small healthcare clinics. This role is based fully onsite, requiring a commitment from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and review of annual operating budgets.

• Assist with the accurate and efficient processing of customer payments.

• Monitor the aging of receivables to ensure prompt payment.

• Maintain and update financial reports and General Ledger accounts.

• Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations.

• Assist with tasks related to month and year-end close.

• Use accounting systems such as NetSuite and QuickBooks for various tasks.

• Ensure the maintenance of accurate customer credit records. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processes and procedures

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) and its related functions

• Demonstrated ability to perform Bank Reconciliations

• Familiarity with General Ledger management and updates

• Experience in preparing and posting Journal Entries

• Capability to handle Month End Close activities and tasks

• Expertise in using NetSuite for various accounting functions

• Knowledge of Oracle and its application in accounting

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and its use in managing financial transactions
