Kforce EDI Customer Support Representative in Tewksbury, Massachusetts

Kforce has a Tewksbury, MA client with an exciting remote positon! This fast growing EDI Software and Solutions company is looking to hire a high potential junior Customer Support Representative. You will support their best in class EDI solution with clients, mostly manufacturing and transportation sectors. This is complex technology, so the work ranges from technical issues to operational functions. This is a great role to be proactive and make a name for yourself. You can work out of your home, or one of their offices.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or another related field is preferred by not required

  • At least a year of experience working with integrated EDI environments and components concepts

  • EDI (X12, EDIFACT, etc.), XML-based transaction sets

  • XML/delimited or fixed ASCII file integration

  • VANs, AS2, sFTP and other communication methods

  • ERP/order entry/order processing systems

  • EDI based supply chain fundamentals

  • Prior experience with configuration and management of cloud-based web application servers - a plus
