As a member of the Engineering Technology team this position directly supports the Raytheon VP, Technology Director, Staff, and Leadership Team.

This position is for the Tewksbury, MA location and can be either onsite or a hybrid role.

What You Will Do

  • Normal office functions including maintaining files and interviewing callers.

  • Arranging meetings, conferences, and events.

  • Maintains business email distribution and meeting attendance listings.

  • Ordering supplies, IT equipment and services.

  • Arranging and documenting travel and expense reporting.

  • Coordinating electronic document material for meetings and events.

  • Calendar administration and coordination.

  • Maintains extensive site POC and services URL listings for department and office area referrals.

  • Maintains office site location and department equipment status.

  • Maintains scheduling of department Conference Rooms.

  • Provides support to several department remote locations and personnel.

  • Provides support and represents administrative matters in special projects as required by executive leader.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

  • Experience supporting leaders or large groups.

  • Experience with meeting scheduling and coordination or event planning experience.

  • Experience with MS Office, Teams, Zoom, and / or other similar technologies.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience with business tools such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Project, and Documentation management sites such as RShare.

  • Experience with MS Excel advanced experience in tracking financial or other special project data and generating associated charts and graphs.

  • Experience in Six-Sigma, CORE, or other process optimization certifications.

  • Experience in a team environment and effectively direct, influence and motivate teammates and site/online service providers.

  • Experience with time management skills and ability to multi-task to achieve good results across multiple priorities.

The salary range for this role is 48,000 USD - 116,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
