We are currently recruiting for an IT Business Analyst/Project Manager. Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the development of business requirements, solution design & delivery, testing and training for key business initiatives

  • Deliver customer satisfaction through clear, appropriate, timely communication and facilitation of expectations with stakeholders

  • Partner with business colleagues to identify areas where IT capabilities can solve business objectives

  • Bring assigned projects to successful conclusions (on time, on budget, and in scope)

  • Drive compliance with company’s Global IT Policies & Procedures and the division’s directives

Experience

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and exploit business systems

  • Experience implementing IT systems and business process improvements

  • Prefer experience in a large multi-national organization

  • Prefer a professional certification from PMI or IIBA

  • 5-8 years of experience developing/supporting IT business solutions like CRM, ERP, PLM, PDM, others.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) experience from start to finish

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements

  • Ability to create a business case working with stakeholders

  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent documentation skills

  • Able to assume and complete assignments independently

  • Ability to explain and champion technical concepts to a broad audience

  • The ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
