C.H. Robinson Principal Product Manager – Infrastructure Platform - REMOTE in Tewksbury, Massachusetts
At C.H. Robinson we are working to transform the logistics industry through delivery of world class products for our customers, carriers, and supply chain partners. As a Principal Product Manager – Infrastructure Platform at C.H. Robinson, you will use your passion for technology and experience translating internal and external customer needs into solutions to support our digital marketplace that drives billions in global freight every year.
To manage our level of scale, C.H. Robinson employs small, autonomous software development teams that own the full software development cycle, all the way from idea to production. This rapid iteration is the lifeblood leading to the greatest possible customer impact. To accomplish this feat, development teams must have access to a vast collection of self-service infrastructure components that provide just the right level of support. That’s where you come in.
You will help build out our new, enterprise-wide infrastructure platform by overseeing the efforts and offerings of our CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) platform teams. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the software design philosophy of a Fortune 200 company. The right candidate will be a systems thinker who obsesses over delivering the best experience for our developers, customers, and carriers. As a Principal Product Manager – Infrastructure Platform, you will work cross functionally to drive clarity around business goals and work backwards from those goals to solve problems and inform marketplace technology investments. Solutions and decisions will be shaped by curiosity and rigorous analysis and research – both qualitative and quantitative.
C.H. Robinson recognizes the importance of workplace flexibility. We are committed to providing a remote-friendly work environment, both now and in the future. Our global technology teams will continue to have the flexibility that enables you to work where you are most effective, whether that be remote or in the office.
