Raytheon Talent Acquisition Operations Manager in Tewksbury, Massachusetts
We’re looking for a systematic and naturally curious Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to optimize our TA infrastructure by laying out the tracks for success in hiring top-talent and continually iterating talent acquisition initiatives through driving project management, designing and re-engineering processes, and strategically communicating these changes business-wide so that we’re able to take on the toughest roadblocks in scalability to help grow Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems(IDS) faster. Your Role: Act as subject matter expert for TA related systems including Kenexa, Avature and HRIS systems. Responsible for day-to-day, consulting on best practice system configurations and data flow. Continually monitor system upgrades for new functionality and provide recommendations for implementation Participate as project team member in all new TA system initiatives. Continually monitor recruitment industry trends and best practices and make suggestions for evaluation/implementation. Consult with Talent Acquisition & HRIS on ideas and solutions based on experience or other systems knowledge Identify and analyze process and systems issues and uses business knowledge or similar expertise to identify opportunities for improvement or increased efficiency. In patnership with the TA Leader create and analyze reports to facilitate more effective decision making across the IDS TA team. Train new and existing TA team members on proper usage of TA applications. This will include orienting TA new hires to our systems as well as on-going training/communication to existing TA team on functionality enhancements and changes Compliance: Lead the TA team in best practices and continuos improvement on compliance. Work in partnership with the compliance team on improving compliance with the TA team conducting quarterly internal audits Events Outreach Strategize the best events and outreach for the TA team. Lead participation in events. Measure and track ROI for the events and outreach across the TA team. In partnership with our recruitment marketing agency make recommendations on events and participation for enterprise wide and IDS specific events. Basic Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree 3-5 years of experience in HR, project management, operations, or talent acquisition PeopleSoft or equivalent HR system knowledge Experience with excel spreadsheets, pivot tables or database software Desired Requirements : Exceptional cross-functional communication and organization skills, coupled with demonstrated experience in time-management and ability to influence Self-directed, detailed oriented problem solver with demonstrated experience in developing and improving processes A creative mindset to get things done effectively and efficiently Excellent client service and interpersonal skills. Change management experience Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work independently and as a great teammate. Demonstrable ability to perform well and with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines. Ability to prioritize and lead projects utilizing standard project management methodologies.
