Solidus Technical Solutions, Inc. Test Engineer - 3305 in United States
Solidus is searching for a Test Engineer to support the Digital Directorate (formerly known as the Battle Management Directorate) at Hanscom AFB, MA.
Apply engineering techniques and procedures to analyze and evaluate specific problem, data, or other features of the work which are broad in scope and complexity.
Review and evaluate the quantity, quality, and overall adequacy of results and conclusions drawn from accomplishment of engineering tasks.
Devise new approaches to problems encountered, and accomplish assigned tasks with efficiency, dispatch, and thoroughness.
Works with assigned administrative, and matrixed acquisition support, financial management, engineering contracting, configuration and data management, and other staff.
Works with Task Lead and teammates to document processes, and initiate and implement AFSO21 Rapid Improvement Events, Training Events and mentoring sessions for all task personnel.
Responsible for developing Integrated Master Schedule inputs, and tracking and reporting on Progress for assigned program(s).
Develops, reviews, and approves plans, schedules, and other technical documentation.
Facilitates and supports project meetings and reviews, team building, strategic planning, and other on- and off-site activities.
Candidate must have an active US security clearance.
Bachelor’s Degree in related engineering discipline.
A minimum of 5 yrs work experience, with experience on DoD or Air Force acquisition programs desirable.
IT Certifications are a plus.
Travel: Occasional CONUS/OCONUS travel may be required.
